PRICING & DEPOSITS
THE RESERVATION LIST:
A Reservation list is available for unborn and unweaned puppies. The Reservation list is first come first serve. The first on the list can (at any point) choose which puppy they want and place a deposit on it (based on pictures provided).This puppy will then be reserved specifically for them and their deposit then becomes non-refundable.

Once puppies reach 4 weeks old, we will reach out to interested families on the reservaton list starting with the first person and working our way down the list.

When people on the list are contacted by us, they will get 3-4 days to choose a puppy based on updated pictures (or welcomed house visits for local families) to place their $100 non-refundable deposit on. Now they have chosen which puppy they want to call theirs.

All puppies are released to their new homes at 8 weeks old. New families will be given the pick-up day upon deposit. If the pick-up day needs to be moved due to any reason, Kingdom Beagles will notify the family as soon as possible to discuss. We want to ensure your new puppy is 100% ready for a new home. If circumstances arise that call for us to keep the puppy longer we will notify families ASAP.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:
Any patron is welcome to remove their name from the Reservation List at anytime. However, if you have already chosen your pup and paid your $100 deposit, remember it is non-refundable. Since you claimed that puppy with your deposit it has not been shown or advertised for sale. It is important that puppies meet their new families within 8-10 weeks of age and reservations help make this happen.

EXTENDED RESERVATIONS:
If you have requested that we keep a puppy longer than 8 weeks, full payment is required after the first weekend following them turning 8-weeks old. If you cancel your reservation after you have paid in full you will incur a $10 per day refund reduction. Prices typically have to be reduced for older puppies once they move past the 8-10 week age, and we have lost sales to people who would have purchased with us but since have purchased a puppy elsewhere.
However, if we are able to sell this puppy at the orignal price within a week after cancellation, we will refund the entire amount paid minus the $100 non-refundable deposit and any advertising fees incured to sell.

DEPOSITS:
The $100 deposit is only required once you have chosen a specific Beagle pup to call your own. This deposit is non-refundable at that point. Patrons are welcome to pay for their pup in full anytime within 7 days prior to pick up or in cash at time of pick up. (See Payment Options below)
Puppies with deposits on them are considered SOLD.

PRICING:
Pricing will be determined for each puppy based on color, gender, spotting and personality when they reach 4 weeks old. When we update their 4 week old pictures we will then include the price.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
All deposit payments are to be made through Paypal. The patron must be the owner of the paypal account.
Patrons must be 18 years old to purchase a puppy.
Final balance due can be paid using one of two options:
Via Paypal 1 week prior to pick up. Paypal has an option to use your credit card if needed.
Cash at time of pick up.
Sorry - no checks or money orders.

All payments on cancellations made after the 8 week age mark are held for 1 week while we try to sell the cancelled reserved puppy. This is done in your favor. If we sell the puppy within that week there will not be any further deductions from your payment other than the non-refundable deposit and any advertising fees that we used to sell the puppy due to cancellation.

SHIPPING:
Sorry we do not ship puppies. We live near Raleigh North Carolina. It is very central in the North East Region. Easy drive from Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, and parts of Georgia. Otherwise, Raleigh-Durham Airport is only 30 minutes from us if you'd like to fly in to pick up your new pup.

KINGDOM BEAGLES reserves the right at any point to keep puppies of our choosing or to refuse to sell.
